We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.
Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.

We ship products from several regional distribution centers around the world. If you select an item that is not available in your region, we will not be able to ship that item to you. Tracking information will come from the regional fulfillment center once it has been dispatched.
Hub shipments will not receive tracking information until the parcel departs from the local hub.
Orders that contain a BACK ORDER item will not ship until the entire order is available.
A full refund can be obtained until the order has been processed by the regional fulfillment center. Once the order has been processed, no refund is available.
If you would like to return the order the product must be unopened, and you will be charged the actual shipping price for the return in the original packaging.
