Shipping Policy

*IMPORTANT* - Please verify that your address is correct when placing your order. While we will try to make changes where possible, we are not always able to edit addresses after the order has been placed.

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.

We ship products from several regional distribution centers around the world. If you select an item that is not available in your region, we will not be able to ship that item to you. Tracking information will come from the regional fulfillment center once it has been dispatched.

If your order contains a BACK ORDER item, your entire order will not ship until all items are available due to the way shipping is calculated. If you would like to receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order for those items.
